Freshly baked Chocolate Chip Cookies and Ginger Chai...

Making Chai...

There are various ways of making chai...

Here is one of the many ways I make chai...

1. 2 cups of water in a saucepan/small vessel.

2. Turn on the heat.

3. Drop in 2 crushed pods of cardamom or 1/2 an inch of smashed ginger or 2 leaves of tulsi or whatever spice you choose to.

4. When the water starts to boil, add 1-2 teaspoons of tea leaves depending on how strong the tea is or how you want it.

5. Let it boil and bubble. Shut down the heat. Cover the vessel for a couple of minutes.

6. Using a strainer, pour into 2 beautiful mugs. Add sugar and hot milk according to your liking.

7. Enjoy the experience.

( There are no two same ways of making chai...so go ahead and create or own way;-)
